Katy Perry had an awkward, risky moment on the red carpet at the ASCAP Pop Awards in Hollywood on Wednesday night.The singer wore a Temperley London Spring 2012 gown with delicate embellishments and a subtle silver sheen.  Unfortunately, Katy almost had a malfunction which took all the focus off the beautiful dress.Her hair is a different shade of blue now, by the way.Image Sources: zimbio,
