Full Terms and Conditions
1. Open to residents of the Republic of Ireland except family of Grace Mongey, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
2. Closing Date: Enter before 09:00am on 24.03.2017
3. No purchase necessary; however Internet access and an Instagram account are required.
4. To enter: Comment on @facesbygrace23’s Listerine Advanced White Giveaway post during the promotion period using #BoldSmile
5. One entry per person. Multiple entries may cause you to be disqualified.
6. Prize: 1 winner will receive 1 x Listerine hamper to value of €200
7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.
8. Winner Selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision from valid entries and notified within 7 days after the end of the competition. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time as the original.
9. Winner notification: The winners will be notified via Instagram within a week of the date of the draw. Each winner has until 0900am on Monday 07.04.2017 to respond to initial notification confirming they wish to claim the prize, and failure to comply with this timeframe may result in disqualification of that winner and the prize being awarded to a reserve selected in the same manner. Any reserve will have a shorter time frame within which to confirm acceptance.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters regarding this Competition. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Prize Draw in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control
12. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions , at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability whatsoever in connection with Prize Draw and the Prizes and in particular does not accept responsibility for entries invalidated by technical problems beyond the control of the Promoter or problems with accessing the website.
14. Details of participants and winners shall be retained by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. Participants may withdraw their consent to the retention of such data at any time by providing notice of such withdrawal to the Promoter. However, the Participants who withdraw their consent in this manner will be excluded from the Prize Draw. Winner’s details will be provided to a third party Irish agency for the purposes of sending out the prize only. 15. The name of the winner will be available by sending an email to info@elevate.ie with “Listerine Advanced White Prize” in the title, to arrive before 27 April 2017.
16. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which us beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
17. The Prize Draw, and these terms are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
18. By participating in the Prize Draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
